MORE ABOUT US ALLISON JAMES ESTATES & HOMES is a successful national company,
owned and operated by James A. Crumbaugh III. It is a new
concept in the Real Estate industry, which responds to the
many changes in today’s business world. With the advent of
the Internet, the high commission splits that Realtors
demand in today’s market, and the IRS rules governing home
offices, this new concept is a natural. It is the future of
the Real Estate industry.
James Crumbaugh has over 35 years experience in the Real
Estate industry, as a Realtor, manager, recruiter and owner
of a six-office franchise operation in Florida which had 200
Realtors, 2,000 transactions per year and almost
$300,000,000 in gross sales volume.
“When I directed my franchise operation,” Crumbaugh
explains, “it was always a struggle to make a profit, with
the Realtors of today demanding such high commission splits.
Once I sold my company and really had time to look at the
industry, it became readily apparent that the current “Brick
& Mortar” standard of the Real Estate industry just didn’t
work in today’s world.”
In recent years, Realtors are working more than ever from
their offices at home. With the sophistication of Internet
communication, effective sales meetings with thousands of
Realtors throughout the United States will be customary. The
old Brick and Mortar offices are no longer a real benefit to
the individual Realtor.
“In today’s world, the Realtor is already paying for their
signs, their cards, their websites and most of their
personal advertising,” Crumbaugh notes, “yet the broker is
still trying to keep a substantial portion of the
commission.”
With ALLISON JAMES ESTATES & HOMES, the Realtor pays a flat
fee of $295 per month. Then, the Realtor gets to keep 100%
of his or her commission. This company also works closely
with the Escrow Company, the Title Company and Attorneys to
allow Realtors to be paid their commission at the closing
